Charlie is a first generation follower of Jesus, and upon putting his trust in Jesus, sensed an immediate call to vocation ministry. He has worked across several ministries, and believes his God given mission is to connect and collaborate across the body for the cause of advancing to the Kingdom. He and his wife Jess, planted in 2019 in the heart of Western Sydney (Australia), and largely in part due to exposure to the disciple making principles behind “Building a Discipling Culture”, brought that church under a resource and multiplying church, “Crossway Baptist”. He also continues to work for Exponential Australia.

David Shepherd is the Senior Pastor at Hills Baptist Church which is a multi-campus church planting movement. Before joining Hills Baptist, he earned a Bachelor of Medical Science and a degree in Education, and he spent ten years working as a high school teacher and itinerant youth communicator. David is passionate about sharing the gospel in ways that resonate culturally and enjoys sports and fitness, both personally and in mentoring others. He is married to Jo, and they have three children.

Joel Shaw is a leader within the Multiply Movements, an initiative focused on empowering and supporting disciple-makers and disciple-making churches. He is passionate about seeing disciple-making movements grow across Australia and beyond. With over 15 years of full-time ministry experience in conventional churches, Joel and his wife Candice stepped out to focus on mentoring and encouraging emerging leaders. They support a network of micro-churches and are dedicated to training believers to live out the Great Command and the Great Commission.
